The module "wups.dll" was loaded......

Hi,
I am working through some SQLServer install issues and I am trying to
register some dll's. So when I try and enter "regsvr32.exe wups.dll" I
get an error saying: "The module wupps.dll was loaded but the call to
DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80070005:.
I get the same for wucltui.dll and wuaueng.dll.
I think these are part of the windows update service. Any idea what is
wrong with my machine?

You need to do that from an elevated cmd.exe prompt (run cmd.exe as an
administrator).
