I had a similar issue last night installing Corel Draw X3 on my Vista
machine. It requested that I log into an Administrator account and activate
the software before using it. What I did was reboot into Safe Mode and
completed that portion of installation and I was able to use the software in
Normal Mode with Vista's Standard Administrator account. You could
temporarily disable User Account Control (Control Panel > User Accounts >
Turn User Account Control on or off), and finish setting up the program.
