Money 2006 from XP to Vista

Hello,
I recently purchased a new computer that has Windows Vista on it. I also
purchased PC Mover (software to transfer files through a USB cable) to move
all my data from my old computer to my new computer. Now my Microsoft Money
2006 will not work. I get this error when trying to open it:

Unable to load the registration library. (DLL)

What do I need to make changes to to make it work?

If you have to the Money 2006 cd, the best thing to do is just reinstall it.

I don't have the CD. I downloaded from the site a while back?
Now what?

That didn't work either because I already have a "newer" version on my
