I have a problem with my monitor/windows screen scrolling up and down all on
it's own. I cannot control the slide bar on the right side of windows. I will
be reading something on my home page and then the page slides down to the
bottom of the page and then goes back up and then down again!!! Please
HELP!!! I have ran all scans with AD/Ware and Symantec and Norton anti-virus
and they cannot find a bug! What could cause this?
