My monitor is showing up in the wrong colors. It looks like a negative of a
picture. Any suggestions on how to get it back to normal?

Hi Beauty;
I have a couple thoughts but am not posative on the matter. I'm at an
ambiguous state of understanding your problem; negative of a picture (meaning
(B & W) or wrong colors meaning "a ngative with colors 'reversed'"? Anyway,
I thought about such and determined a couple different steps in
troubleshooting you may try.

1. If you have another computer; try using the monitor on it.
2. Re-install the drivers for both your graphics card and monitor.
3. If there is a reset button/option for the monitor, definetely reset such.

Because I'm unaware of your expertise with computers; I won't divulge into
the details of the latter two trials. But as well, if you aren't aware of
how to uninstall/reinstall drivers for your monitor and graphics card or how
and where to look for the reset ability on your monitor; you are very welcome
to email me and I'll try to ihelp you. I haven't (which I should have)
looked on Microsoft's Knowledge to search for a problem ticket of your
symptoms; though you may desire to do such if you haven't already.

Just on the side; with the limited knowledge I have of the workings of a
monitor (and I don't know what type yopu have (Flat-Screen/CRT/Etc.) my first
guess is that the monitor is recieving the incorrect signals from the
computer; though this guess is more likely with a CRT type monitor. I wish
you the best and again welcome you to contact me should you desire/require
assistance.

Have a great day!
Glenn
