Sorry - I have a Samsung SyncMaster 213T and is has 3 rates in a drop down
menu - 60 - 70 -75. I don't know if these are controlled by the video card,
the monitor, or Vista - I'm sure someone will come along with a solution -
they always do.

The only refresh rate available for me is 60 Hz. It has my card listed by
name/model number and I installed the software for the monitor itself which
it had no problem with. Guess is my 2001FP doesn't support anything else
anyway.
