Nick, Im not joking...
I could write an encyclopedia explaining the DARN reasons Vista sucks!
I have posted in this newsgroup since the betas and Release Candidates the
flaws, problems,
bugs, bad concepts, bad design, horrid performance, unnecessary and stupid
changes of vista..
You name it.. I have posted it explained in depth a great deal... but there
is so much I have not even posted about 50% of the stupidness of vista!
IM NOT JOKING.. Im very serious.
Vista is badly designed...for so many reasons.
How can you be a "chief engineer" and say that you like vista??? Oh com
on!!!!
Sorry man I don't want to insult you...
Perhaps you are seeing the OS from a pure technical point of view. I see it
holistically...
including ease of use, human - machine interaction - and I see it also from
the view point of the common user.
Vista is not ergonomically designed. Its not SMART. Sorry, if you don't see
it, what can I say?
I have trained hundreds of people on the use of computers.. I know how they
think exactly..
I know their reactions, I know what they want.. I am talking here ALWAYS
from the perspective both
of a super geek, but also of the viewpoint of the simple user...
vista has to be ONE SIZE FITS ALL... and that is not easy to do...
Since you are an engineer you must know that keeping something SIMPLE and
effective needs MORE work and is harder to achieve.
This is faaaaaaarrrrr away from what vista is.
Vista seems like it has been put together by MONKEYS..... im not kidding. It
has failed the power user, it has failed the businesses,
it has failed the common folk who want to enjoy their computer.
Sorry... you have to think again.
