More detaild info on updates

I would like to see more detaild info on updates,as to what exactly the
update fixes to wheather or not i want that update. Such as ifit a bug or
better featcher and, what that bug or featcher is or does.

Feature?

Security updates always fix security bugs.

In the MU/WU window, click on the link inside to see what it says the
patch is fixing.
