When doing things like copy/moving files, and when a UAC dialog comes up,
there's usually a little "down arrow" in a circle saying "More Information".
When clicked, for moving/copying multiple files, this "More Info" will
usually tell you which file it's currently processing, etc etc. It's label
changes to "Less Information" and an up arrow so you can hide this extra
info again

Is there any way to get this "More Information" enabled by default?
Presently I have to click it every time I want to see this info. I'd like
it be expanded by default.

Windows Vista HP.

Thanks
