hi,I am helping a friend configure his Dell laptop to connect to my Linksys
router so we can play games online. I have unchecked ipv6 from the wireless
card so its not used but I still get low connectivity. I cecked out the
cable guys article on tech net
(http://www.microsoft.com/technet/com...uy/cg0506.mspx)
about configuring ipv6 and I set the registry entry to prefer ipv4 over ipv6
and still we cant play. It claims due to high latency but we have tried it
from within the same room as the router. Here is the ipconfig/all for his
system.
