SP2 was installed then WEB-connection failed and PC was extremely slow.
I used XP-System-Recovery successfully, but SP2 could not be removed.
More than 1 GB files are still present.

I now wanted to get a new Norton Ghost 2003 Image Backup, which worked
3 times perfectly well before. One was earlier used to rebuilt the PC.

Now I obtain after 1 , 4 or 5 CDs an error 12020, CD write error.
Symantec says no Problems with SP2, you can use it!
There are clearly serious trouble when using Ghost-Images after
SP2-experiments. The support recommends to use the newest
drivers for CD-ROM. I can't find any and don't know what to do.

The PC is currently working all riight, but I habe no way to create
system backup with Norton Ghost Images!

Obviousli SP2 changes seriously the NSTF Partion, so it can no
longer be read/write operatet properly, before SP2 the system
worked perfectly well, never got error messages.

Symantec also provides extremely poor support!

Is that, what we are paying for? Destroying our PC?
Make it so safe, nothing works any more, ore gets so komplex,
you can't use it any more.
