I'd like to revisit an earlier thread (which will have scrolled off your
screen by now).
Messages I post to usenet newsgroups using WLM are sometimes not appearing
when I view the thread. This problem is intermittent: most of my posts show
up, but some don't.
I've switched off the "community support features", I've unchecked the "Get
n headers at a time" option, and I've tried quitting and restarting WLM.
My missing post is showing in the 'Sent items' folder, and I can see it
using Google Groups. The icon of the post to which I replied has the icon
with the arrow on it (i.e. WLM "knows" that I've responded to that post).
But when I expand that thread my post simply isn't there.
I can't find any pattern to the fault: it happens intermittently, and on a
range of different newsgroups from different servers.
It feels like some subtle bug in WLM, but if so, other people must be
experiencing it. Any ideas or comments?
