More than one contacts folder to be synchronized?

Hi!

On my PC, I separated my contacts into different contact folders, but now,
only the "main" contacts are synchronized with my PDA. Can I have more than
one synchronized contacts folder, or do I have to throw them all together
again?

Not with Activesync. I would use a single folder and use Categories to
organize them. This is generally more efficient overall.

Thank you! Having Categories, can I share only contacts within a single
catergory (say business, and keep my private contacts private)?

That's too bad: Actually I want to have it the other way around:
I want to have ALL my contacts on my mobile device, but I only want to share
business contacts with my collegues...

Sorry, this is not possible.
A public folder is a better place to keep business contacts (centralize
them, control access to them, make sure only certain people can edit them)
because you won't end up with so many duplicates as I'm sure yuo have
now...but you can't natively sync PFs to your handheld. You might check out
Add2Exchange for that - it can do one-way copies of public to private
contacts for ActiveSync (this is something your Exchange admins would need
to do).

Hi, William!

Thank you - this is at least a workaround.

Regards, Pi.
