Does anyone remember the song parody about windows 95. I have it somewhere.
Most of it centred on being a ram hog and needing to purchase a new computer
and most new programs to run it. 3.11 was stable and fulfilled most of my
needs at the time. The more things change the more they stay the same...
I am not slagging Vista so much as saying the cycle has come around, I
myself did not like 95 as it did not like the version of publisher that I
had. I waited about 6 months then relooked at 95. Everything seemed better
by then, a little anyway. 98 wasn't too bad as I had trialled the RC but SE
was great. ME was a skip for me, I liked 2000 too much and it was so much
better than the NT 3.5 I think for games. Quad core prices have dropped and
ram is no longer $100 a meg so if buying a new PC stack it up with 2 Gig and
hang on, it will all get better soon. So things have changed little since
the sx33 and having to buy an add on maths co-processor.

Music has many forms, it can be found in nature as well as man made.
Music to my ears is my Tiagra 50W screaming when towing a Wombat from
Pakula.
To mail spam is really hot but please reply to thread so all may benefit (or
laugh at my mistakes)
