Many of the problems discussed in this forum do not seem to address some of
the ancillary issues I seem to be experiencing. Is anyone else having issues
with their Norton antivirus, ms mouse and keyboard, display, other?
Below is my logfile from today. Can anyone assist me?

Monday, April 17, 2006 DCOM DCOM got error "%193" attempting to start the
service navapsvc with arguments "-Service" in order to run the server:
{142FB276-7C38-4BB4-B 475-3F9233B3EFF8}
Monday, April 17, 2006 Service Control Manager The Norton AntiVirus
Auto-Protect Service service failed to start due to the following error: %1
is not a valid Win32 application.
Monday, April 17, 2006 Service Control Manager The Windows Audio service
terminated with the following error: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.
Monday, April 17, 2006 Service Control Manager Timeout (30000 milliseconds)
waiting for the APC UPS Service service to connect.
Monday, April 17, 2006 Service Control Manager The APC UPS Service service
failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to
the start or control request in a timely fashion.
Monday, April 17, 2006 Service Control Manager The Automatic LiveUpdate
Scheduler service failed to start due to the following error: Access is
denied.
Monday, April 17, 2006 Service Control Manager The Error Reporting Service
service terminated with the following error: %1 is not a valid Win32
application.
Monday, April 17, 2006 Service Control Manager The Help and Support service
terminated with the following error: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.
Monday, April 17, 2006 Service Control Manager The HID Input Service service
terminated with the following error: The specified procedure could not be
found.

P.S. Most of these is probably due to HID.DLL coming up as a "bad image" error.
Anyone?
