Delete Windows Update data:
Open My Computer
Double click C drive
Double click "Program Files" folder
Double click "Windows Update" folder.
Delete everything except the "V4" folder
Double click "V4" folder
Delete everything in the folder except "iuhist.xml"
Close the window and attempt update again.
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ comes up as,
http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
Nothing in
http://www3.telus.net/dandemar/updtcl.htm is of any help. Still
come up with this message,

Apparently MS Support Professionals are ignoring the situation. Nobody has a
solution, best to ignore maybe they believe I will go away.
