Motorola Phone Tools Issue

When I plug my Razor V3i (not Itunes) into my PC, and start MPT, MPT
keeps saying initializing but it wont connect the phone.

I have completely reinstalled MPT several times. But that didn't fix
the issue.

I am trying to connect my phone by USB. I am using the USB cable that
Moto provided (and it has worked fine before).

Using Windows Vista Ultimate Home Edition

If its not setup, you are likely to get that error, what I suggest you do is
run Mobile Phone Tools wizard first, then when prompted during wizard,
connect your phone and it should automatically connect.

I am using MPT and Vista ultimate, all is okay. I did update to MPT 4.5.6a
