Mouse Clicking noise on internet exploer

any time the volume is truned up, theres an annoying click anytime
click on something in internet exploer i tried truning off all windo
sounds, and looking in internet tools, but didn't find anything. hel
please :

Control Panel>Sounds - Find the Navigation sound entry and uncheck it.

in internet explorer go to the control panel option and in that go t
the sound option, after entering sound option go to naviagation optio
and than click on uncheck
