Mouse functions terribly quirky with Vista 64

I'm using the Logitech wireless MX610 laser mouse, but I can't blame i
on that because the same problems occur with my new Sony laptop's mous
pad. Problems are trying to highlight and copy text, insert somethin
into text, etc. What used to eb effortless in XP is now one big hassle

Is there any particular reason that you haven't actually said precisely
what problem(s) you're experiencing?

What happens when you try? What specific error messages do you get,
if any? What specific troubleshooting steps have you already taken, and
what were the results of each?

I'm afraid that no one can help if you don't provide at least a
modicum of pertinent information.
