Mouse Hover doeswn't seem to work anymore.........

Up to now when I hovered the mouse over links, forum posts, folders etc. it
would get the contents of showing up for a few seconds or more - now
suddenly that has all disappeared and nothing shows.

I have been into Folder Options and everything under VIEW seems to be
checked OK.

Wonder what has gone wrong all of a sudden?
