Mouse hovering

Using Windows Vista and IE7 - Does anyone know how to turn off the very
annoying little option which makes my mouse display the word I am hovering
over in six different languages?

If this is on web pages, there isn't much you can do about it except
complain to the webmaster of those websites. I agree, it is very annoying.

Google Toolbar has a feature to translate words into different languages
when you hover the mouse...
If you have it installed... click on the Settings button on the Google
toolbar, click Options
uncheck Translate Menu - OK

web pages that are set up as keyword links to advertisements.
