Ok guys I have a razer diamondback 1600dpi mouse and since swapping to vista
Home 32bit version I have found that occasionally the mouse goes funny.
When I am looking on internets pages when I scroll with the wheel it makes
the
text bigger or smaller, I cannot click on folders as it reverts the buttons.
I
reboot my machine and it goes okay for a time but then just could happen
again. I never had this problem for 12 months on XP but I have been told
that drivers are available for Vista but I didn't think you need drivers for
mice on the likes of Xp and vista and I don't know if it will bugger up my
machine installing mouse drivers if at all this will resolve the issue.

any help please

Dave

Under normal operations if you hold the "Ctrl" and scroll the wheel you can
enlarge or decrease the text in the window, for most programs.
Check you 'Ctrl" key, otherwise I would install Vista compatibles driver for
the mouse if available from manufacturer, normally it should not as you say
"bugger up your machine:.
