To Stop Mouse pointer jumps

DO THIS:

Go to control Panel -
select: Mouse -
Choose: Pointer Options -
then: Uncheck the "Enhance Pointer Precision."

This will fix it. My problem was occurring every 10 seconds. Ugh.
Now it is gone
