mouse settings

I'm using the left hand, but
I can't default the left mouse button.
I would have to enter settings.If you appreciate help. thanks...

Control Panel>Mouse - Change to left-handed mouse. If you already tried
this, then please post back with what happened and the exact text of any
error messages.

yes I tried but does not default. reopen the default when I right click the
computer again
