There used to be an issue like this with the Razer Diamondback series of
mouse, This could be resolve by going to device manager, Usb root hub and
removing the tick from the box "allow the computer to turn off this device to
save power".
You will have to do this for each one in the device manager unless you know
which port it is mapped to.
