I noticed while browsing that clicking the mouse's third button or wheel, now
activates links in Internet Explorer. It's really annoying pressing it to
turn on the scroll feature while the mouse is over a link, but what's more
annoying is that it also activates links when you click to turn it off. I
don't recall having this problem before. Can something be done?
