move administrator built in account in a new OU

In 2003 domain, i need to execute logon script at Administrator user by gpo.

For this, i suppose that the way is to move the administrator user account
from "user OU" to a new OU.

It's the right way or someone suggest any way

i need tha administrator user at logon execute , at last, 2 logon script:
1) execute a program (bginfo)
2) copy a reg file.
So for this reason i think the best way is use GPO.

If you mean THE administrator account, you shouldn't be using it at all.
