"Move To" Button

The "Move To" button does not work for Windows Live Mail when click on a
message once in my inbox to highlight it and try to use the "Move To" drop
down box. When I click on the "Move To" button I cannot scroll through the
folder list because it goes past the viewable screen area. The list will not
scroll past the viewable area on my screen.
