Move DC

Hi,
I have the following components:
1 - 2-node cluster running Win 2k3 EE acting as DC and running clustered SQL
2000.
2 - ISA 2004 and Exchange 2003.

As this configuaration is not optimal, I am planning to move the DC to 2 new
servers so to act as duplicate DCs.
Given the above configuration, is there a link to an article that describes
how to do just that.
