Move the IE8 Favorite Icon Bar on Win XP Pro

      06-13-2010

First disable the menu bar and enable the command bar.
Then, edit the registry as follows:
Go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\CommandBar.
Modify the FavBandRow Value data to read 2.
Modify the ToolBarRow Value data to read 2.
DONE!!! :cool

The bar that has the orange star on the far left. The bar that can't b
moved up. The bar with one icon that is in the shape of a star. The ba
that is wasting space. Foul language abbreviations are not necessary
