We have a 2003 A\A Cluster and have 2 resource groups:

Resource Group 1 has 4 Network Names and 1 IP Address.

Resource Group 2 has 5 Network Names and 1 IP Address.

We need to move one network name and it's IP addresses to RESOURCE GROUP 3.
Can I just create another IP Address within the Resource Group 2 and then
modify the dependency which would allow me to "change Group"? Are multiple
IPs allowed for each Resource Group?

Yes. However, you will need to take all dependencies offline.

Yes.

Just make sure that within a group, all the dependencies are consistent. No
cross group dependencies. You want to maintain atomicity.
