Move sent items to the sent folder

Sent items are displayed in the specific account folder but not in the
storage folder. Is there any way to have sent items automatically moved into
the storage folder?

One can manually move them from an account Sent Items folder to the Storage folders Sent Items folder or to a user created folder
in the Storage folders.
One can also create a rule and apply it manually to move from a Pop3 account Sent Items folder to a user created folder(e.g.
SentMail) in the Storage folders

Not automatically. But you can manually move them or manually apply a
message rule to move them.

The Sent Items in Storage Folders is automatically used for any
newsgroup posts that you make.
