Move taskbar

The taskbar has somehow migrated to the right of the screen.
I tried to drag it back down to the bottom but it didn't move. It isn't
locked.Isn't that the usual way of moving it. Suggestions?

I'm not sure but I just tried it. Right click the talkbar and make sure
that is not locked. Grab the task bar near the bottom and drag. Should pop
right in.
