Move Vista to another harddisk

I had XP and Vista in dualboot. XP on partition C: on one harddisk and Vista
on partition V: on another harddisk. I have deletet XP from C:, and my
quistion is: is it possible to move Vista from V: to C. without reinstalling
all ??

there are disk imaging programs like acronis true disk that enable you to do
this,
however you will have to fix the bootloader,
by probably booting with the vista disk and repairing it

correction
acronis true image is the correct name

Depending if you want to move Vista physically to the other disk then a disk
partition software might help.

If you just want to swap the drive letters in windows > just change the
jumpers on the back of the 2 drives(swapping them around) > and swap the
IDE/SATA cables on them. (obviously doing all this with the comp off,
unplugged, and not having a static charge on your person). XP must be off
the other drive though.

A hap-hazard way would be to change them in windows registry.
