Move Windows Live Mail to new computer user account

I am using Windows Vista SP1 Home Premium. I am also using Windows Live Mail
Version 2008 (Build 12.0.1606) for all of my mail.

I need to create a new computer user login account. When I do this, I want
to move my entire Windows Live Mail to the new user desktop account.

I want to keep all of my emails, settings, etc. when I move the program to
the new user account, and stop using it under this user account.

However, I do not see any instructions or posts about how to do this.

If anyone can provide me with instructions, I would be grateful.

I am posting this to two newsgroups because the one that I believe is the
most appropriate has the least traffic and I'm not sure someone will read
it.
