Did you use the Problem Reports and Solutions Center control panel to check
for solutions there? There's no fault bucket number in the crash data you
mentioned, which likely means that check wasn't run.
If you use that tool to check for solutions and then View Problem Details
there - what's the fault bucket number for this crash?
