My PC doesn't have the required Vista Home Premium video support, so
downloaded MM 2.6. Although the software loads ok and I can import al

get the following error details

application name: moviemk.ex
application version: 2.6.4037.
application timestamp: 460d9f3
fault module name: stackhash_e52
fault module version: 0.0.0.
fault module timestamp: 0000000
exception code: c000000
exception offset: 047f916
os version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.
locale id: 103
additional information 1: e52
additional information 2: e98dfca8bcf81bc1740adb135579ad5
additional information 3: 860
additional information 4: 6eabdd9e0dc94904be3b39a1c058363

any ideas on how to fix this problem? i have the latest virus softwar
and updates running; the latest vista updates; etc. etc

Did you use the Problem Reports and Solutions Center control panel to check
for solutions there? There's no fault bucket number in the crash data you
mentioned, which likely means that check wasn't run.

If you use that tool to check for solutions and then View Problem Details
there - what's the fault bucket number for this crash?
