Movie Maker & REetore

Vista Home Premium & Movie Maker 6.0 - All has been working fine until
tonight. Movie Maker keeps closing (usually when I go to save). Says to
change DEP settings but this not an option for Movie Maker. I tried To
Restore from a previous spot but everytime I get a flag that Restore didn't
work! I've tried 5 different Restore points and keep getting the same
message. Can anyone help?

Start your PC in Safe Mode and run System Restore from there.

Also, what is the data for those DEP events in the Problem Reports and
Solutions Center control panel?

It says it is closing program and will notify if a solution is found - but it
never does, You have to click on the "close" button to get the program to
close. I've checked the Problem Reports and Solutions and no mention is made
of this problem. Thanks for your help

Bob, Tried what you recommended and it let me restore. I thought the
problem was fixed as I opened Movie maker and accomplished a save - this was
short lived as the same problem happened again about 10 seconds later.
