2 Vista updates were installed automatically on 1/9/08. Now Windows Movie
Maker is dropping a large number of frames when loading digital video from my
camera. I do videography for a local high school and use Movie Maker to load
the .avi files. I loaded an 82 minute recording and lost 17 minutes of it
from dropped frames. Any suggestions. I have 2 concerts and a play that I
need to edit. This is a very big problem.

Try the Windows Movie Maker 2.6 for Vista... You can get it here:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...playlang=en&tm

Hope it works!
