Moviemaker 10 Probs-audio dubbing out of sync

Apart from numerous problems I seem to have incurred since SP2 "upgrade"???
ie: networking connections fail, TV card probs, remote control, crashes,
config probs, TV out on videocard probs, etc etc etc. (isnt XP sp2 just
wonderfull!!!!????)
Audio dubbing is out of sync in movie maker 10.
Anyone have any solutions to any/all these type problems???
