Moving the AppData folder?

I want to set up my Vista installation so *all* my data is on a
separate (M drive.

At present I have changed the Favorite Links to Documents, Downloads
etc to point to folders on M: and I have also moved my Windows Mail
store folder.

However, it occurred to me that the neatest solution would be to move
the C:\Users\Nigel\AppData to M: so that all programs should use this
for their data (perhaps after a reinstall?).

Any thoughts on how to do this? I'm sure I'm not alone in wanting all
my data on a separate drive.

I think the answer may lie in the "Group Policy Object Editor", but I
can't find it!
