Hi
Can anybody give a few basic steps or direction to the following.

1. Removing exchange and other FSMO roles from a SBS 2003 server and
moving them to a SBS 2008 server

and then, however possible to
2.join the 2003 sbs server to the 2008 sbs domain without rebuilding it
as a standard or enterprise 2003 server?

(2. basically) Can sbs 2003 somehow be changed to 2003 standard or
enterprise?

Thanks to you.
Jo

That's a migration. Several ways of skinning that particular cat, but
the two main ones are:

a) the Microsoft way, documented on the MS SBS website, and
b) the SBSMigration.com way (aka Jeff's way)

You cannot retain an existing SBS2003 box in an SBS2008 domain. It
needs to be wiped and a standard Windows Server install performed (or
other OS to suit).
