Moving Files In Windows Explore Problem

I am unable to manage files or folders with Windows Explore. I get the
Microsoft pop up asking to Send or Not to Send Report to Microsoft. After
sending the report Windows Explorer closes out. Problem persists even after
reboots. Have noticed the following error recorded in Event Viewer ID 1000.
"Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module ,
version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000."

Open to suggestions...

Can you describe what action you complete when this problem occurs?

Also, please go back to the error in the Event Log and click on the COPY
button and paste the results in your next posting.
