I had Yahoo mail for about 6 years. I was able to get animations and clip
art to display only in the Signature option.
I contacted Yahoo about putting pictures in the body of an email instead of
in an attachment. I was told that the picture would have to be on the
internet in order to do this. I have pictures in Yahoo photo albums but they
couldn't be put in the body of an email either. Hopefully Yahoo has updated
their programs within the past few years so that it's now possible to put a
picture in the body of an email.
I now use Comcast and I can drag and drop a picture into the body of an
email so it all depends upon the service.
