No. But I've moved the CONTENTS of a Storage Folder to another folder.
I've even used <Ctrl>+A to select ALL the messages in a Storage Folder and
move the entire lot in a single move, either by drag'n'drop or by
right-clicking on the selected group and using the Move to command.
But don't try to move the folder itself. Just move its contents.
