Moving library info

I have copied contents of My music from my Vista pc to my XP pc but library
info I have edited via Advanced tag editor does not go. Do i have to manually
edit it again or is there a way to copy all library details as edited.

As far as I know, WMP writes all the data in tags
Exceptions are WAV files and custom tags.
Do you use the same version of WMP on both machines?
You might try MP3Tag to check a couple of files to make sure the tags are
actually filled
