Hi Sean,
If both the devices are upto date, then following the change in location of
your Mailbox you can select "Replace" when prompted with the "Combine or
Replace" dialog. This way the information on your device will be replaced
and ActiveSync will update itself with the new location of your Mailbox.
This information is stored in the repl.dat file of ActiveSync.
Using the "Replace" option will help avoid the potential duplication of
information issue. Either way its best to keep a copy before going ahead
with the steps that way you can revert back at any point of time.
