Moving MSDTC resource

I have two Windows 2003 SP2 server clusters, each with an MSDTC cluster
resource. We are replacing our filer, and I need to migrate to the new
filer. How do I move the disk associated with the MSDTC cluster resource?
Is there a way to move this? Or do I need to wipe out the MSDTC cluster
resource and create a new MSDTC using the new filer?

One of these Windows clusters hosts Exchange 2003 and the other hosts
Exchange 2007.

Thank you very much.
