Moving programs from one HD to another

Is there anyway in Vista that I can move a program installed on one HD to
another? Or is there a program that works well with Vista that will do that?

Not really, you would have to reinstall the programs in the new location.

I suppose you could move the entire Program Files folder, from make a
Junction Point to redirect to the new location, but that could get messy:
while you can move the folder while booted into another operating system or
BootCD, I am not sure if you can boot into Vista without the Programs Files
folder in order to create the Junction Point.

What you really should do is clone your OS drive to your new bigger drive,
for more space, assuming that is what your problem is.
