Moving the Public music folder

Anyone know if you can move the public music folder on a Vista PC?

If you look at the Properties for this folder then there is a location tab
but it won't let you edit the target.

I want to use a network share to hold our public music.

I am in constant awe of how convoluted this OS has become. How could
Microsoft be so out of touch?
