Moving from XP over to Window 7

I just want to know what I need to do to move my WMP music collection from
Computer A with Windows XP over to Computer B with Windows 7- I have been
told to back up everything, but I want to put my music on a 64 GB Flash Dive
to help with the move.

I also want to keep all the CD pictures for the WMP collection, and the rest
of the data that goes with it when I do this move.

What do I need to do?

What other fun I am I going to run into with this move?- Just want to be
prepared for what ever can happen.- Wish that MS had some handy application
that helped with this move. Yes, I have done Sync before, but I thought the
pictures and some of the other data got lost in a Sync move.
